1. About us

RuleCraftVault (“RCV”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a digital products business based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This website, rulecraftvault.com (the “Site”), and the products sold on it are provided by us. You can reach us at rulecraftvault@gmail.com.

2. What we sell

We sell digital business resources: downloadable PDF guides (“ebooks”) and editable templates (spreadsheets for Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and documents for Microsoft Word and Google Docs). All products are digital. Nothing physical is shipped.

3. Your agreement

By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Digital Access Policy, License & Usage Terms, and Disclaimer, which are all incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to purchase.

5. Prices, orders and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed by our Merchant of Record, Verifone (2Checkout). The Merchant of Record is the seller of record for the transaction, collects payment on our behalf, and is responsible for applicable sales tax/VAT. Your purchase may appear on your card or bank statement under the Merchant of Record’s name. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or a pricing error.

6. Delivery

Access is provided instantly after successful payment, by email and in your customer account. Full details are in our Refund & Digital Access Policy.

7. Intellectual property and licence

All products, content, branding, and materials on the Site remain our intellectual property. Your right to use a purchased product is set out in our License & Usage Terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, copy, redistribute, share, or reverse-engineer our products except as permitted by the License & Usage Terms, and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to disrupt its operation.

9. No professional advice

Our products are educational tools and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice. Please read our Disclaimer.

10. Changes

We may update our products, prices, the Site, and these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with a new effective date. Your continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from a product or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any decisions or outcomes resulting from your use of our materials. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
