License & Usage Terms

When you buy a RuleCraftVault product, you are buying a licence to use it — not ownership of the underlying work. This page explains what you can and cannot do.

1. Your licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the purchased files for your own personal use or within a single business that you own or operate.

2. You may

• Download, save, and print the files for your own use.
• Customise and edit the editable templates for your own or your business’s internal use.
• Use the results (for example, a completed spreadsheet or document) in your own business.

3. You may not

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, gift, or otherwise make the files available to anyone else.
• Post the files publicly or upload them to file-sharing, template, or marketplace sites.
• Share your Google Sheets/Google Docs copy, or the original copy link, with others.
• Use the files to create a competing product, template pack, or resource library.
• Share your account, download links, or order confirmation so others can obtain the files.

4. Google Sheets / Google Docs copies

Where a template includes a Google Sheets or Google Docs “copy” link, that link is provided so you can create your own private copy. The master file and your copy are for you only and must not be shared.

5. Ownership

All intellectual property in the products remains ours. This licence does not transfer any ownership to you.

6. Breach

This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. On termination you must stop using and delete the files. We reserve all rights and remedies available to us.

7. Team, multi-user, or client use

If you want to use a product across a team, for multiple businesses, or to share with clients, contact us at rulecraftvault@gmail.com about an appropriate licence.
