Refund & Digital Access Policy

1. Our products are digital

Everything we sell is an instant-access digital download (PDF guides and editable templates). There is no physical shipment.

2. General policy

Because our products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded and copied immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed. Please review the product description, format, and compatibility details before purchasing.

3. Your right to cancel (EU/UK and similar)

Consumers in the EU, UK, and some other regions normally have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. For digital content that is supplied immediately, that right is lost once download or access begins. By purchasing and accessing the product, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. This is confirmed at the point of purchase.

4. If something is wrong, we’ll fix it

If a file is faulty, corrupted, won’t download, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of purchase at rulecraftvault@gmail.com with your order number. We will resend or replace the file. If we genuinely cannot deliver a working product, we will refund you.

5. Duplicate or accidental purchases

If you were charged twice or bought the wrong item by mistake and have not downloaded it, contact us and we’ll review it case by case.

6. Before you raise a chargeback

If there’s a problem, please contact us first — we’ll almost always resolve it faster than a payment dispute.
