1. Who is responsible for your data

• Information you give us: your name, email address, and the billing details you enter at checkout; messages you send us; and your account details if you create one.
• Order information: what you purchased, order value, and download/access activity.

3. Payment details

We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Payments are handled by our payment processor and Merchant of Record, Verifone (2Checkout), and by our store platform, Shopify. They process your payment information under their own privacy terms.

4. How we use your data

To deliver the products you buy and provide re-download access; to manage your account; to send order and service emails; to send marketing emails where you have consented; to prevent fraud and secure the Site; to meet legal and tax obligations; and to understand and improve our store.

We process your data to perform our contract with you (delivering your purchase), for our legitimate interests (running and improving the store, preventing fraud), with your consent (marketing and non-essential analytics cookies), and to comply with legal obligations.

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: Shopify (store and hosting platform), Verifone/2Checkout (payment processing and Merchant of Record), our email service provider (for order and newsletter emails), and Google Analytics (website analytics).
